Suresh and Sunita Moonat opened the doors to Moonat Medical Associates Inc. and have been offering superior-quality family medicine and gynecological services to the North Houston area ever since.  Their son, Dr. Saurabh Moonat, has joined the practice to further this endeavor.

Our practice was founded upon the philosophy that Prevention Is Better Than Cure. This simple concept has evolved into our practice’s sole mission: “to provide comprehensive medical care to our patients for prevention, early diagnosis, and management of disease.” We continually seek to be proactive and take the necessary steps to implement preventative measures. Our practice also prides itself on being patient-centered. While many patients leave their doctor without answers to their questions, we take the time to fully address our patients’ concerns.

We treat both male and female patients beginning at fourteen years of age. Our office accepts all major insurances, Medicare, and self-pay patients. For your convenience, we have an in-office Quest Diagnostics Lab for our patients. As we have privileges at Houston Northwest Hospital and Memorial-Hermann-The Woodlands, we offer better continuity of care as we follow our own patients during their hospitalizations.When making decisions pertaining to your healthcare, please remember that every patient has the right to receive quality care.
